I'm 17 and fed up of looking chubby and flabby. It's time for me to lose weight so I'm going back to an old diet of mine that is the one meal a day diet, it's difficult and tiring and it makes me really moody but if i want to feel gorgeous with a flat stomach and a thigh gap then it has to be done. along with exercise i am going to reach my goal weight by the time i'm ready to hop on the plane for the best holiday with my bestest friends
